The best way to recruit graduate students, particularly in the science and engineering is to meet the researcher who coaches such graduate students in the university. However, it costs too much to send a recruiter to the university far from the company.
We plan and operate a salon where our clients (1 company each) and young researchers in universities (10 researchers) such as associate professor, lecturer, assistant, postdoctoral who coach graduate students in the science and engineering can get together and interact.
This salon will produce word of mouth from the participating researchers who might turn to be client's fans to their students, and that contributes to client's recruitment of graduate students, particularly in the science and engineering.
$4,000/service (tax excluded)
- Plus travel expenses of the KGC staffs, facility expenses and meal expenses.
- Rewards and travel expenses of the researchers are basically not necessary. In the case that the researcher comes from far away, it would be appreciated to consider paying travel expenses to them.
